Greek Yogurt Spiral Pie
with Greek yogurt, green olives, oregano & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
After endless attempts and efforts, Ioniki has finally discovered how to "bake" yogurt without changing its texture and rich flavor.
And although the recipe may be a well-kept secret of Ioniki, the result will be enjoyed by all who love yogurt and Greece.
Among other things, this pie stands out for 4 other delicious reasons. The filling of 50% yogurt, the olives from Halkidiki, fresh oregano and of course the Authentic Greek extra virgin olive oil.
