FILOSOPHY
Ioniki's worldwide range, Filosophy wraps the basic features of homemade cuisine in wonderful flavors! Spinach, cheese, Slice feta PDO, and Sausage are some of the endless choices someone has choosing Filosophy. A variety of rustic pies wrapped in the traditional crumpled leaf, or golden puff pastry dough wrapped in Frankfurt sausage cocktail are some of our typical flavors. Choosing only the original recipes from the most traditional villages of Greece. We choose the best traditional recipes so that every home can find its favorite timeless pies with pure ingredients that the Greek grandmother always made for us with love, passion and the freshest ingredients.
FILOSOPHY Plant-based
In addition to the favorite Filosophy series, Ioniki follows consumer trends and launches the new Filosophy Plant – Based series which was created in order to travel deliciously all those who choose this new alternative diet consisting of vegan ingredients of alpha quality or of plant-based materials such as the new bougatsa with Plant-Based minced meat in exclusive collaboration with Beyond Meat.
This new range comes dynamically to consolidate at the top with the creation of four new plant-based yeast products with top filling from vegetable sausage rich in protein, vegetable cheese from coconut oil and Bougatsa Plant-based minced meat. There is also the choice of Pizza with plant-based cheese and Pepperoni plant origin high in protein. Furthermore, you don't have to be vegan and follow an alternative diet, to taste the Filosophy Plant – based products.
