Dough (70%)

Wheat flour from E.U., vegetable margarine [non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel), non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, corn oil), water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), color (b-carotene), flavoring], water, salt, sugar.

Dough topping

Sesame (7%), honey syrup (3%) [sugar, water, honey (29%), honey flavor]. Filling (20%): Water, whey cheese (myzithra) (35%) (sheep’s and goat’s milk whey, salt), feta cheese (22%) (sheep’s and goat’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid culture), wheat semolina, modified starch, egg white powder, corn semolina, salt, black pepper.

Allergens

Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, egg, sesame. May contain: walnut, hazelnut, pistachio, peanut, soy, mustard.

 

Baking instructions
  • Preheat the oven at 185°C.
  • Remove the products from the freezer and place them on a perforated metal tray by leaving enough space between them.
  • Bake for 30±5 minutes more or less.
  • Adjust baking time and temperature as needed, depending on oven operation.

Do not microwave the product.

Once you defrost the product, you must not refreeze it.
