Dough (59%): 

Wheat flour from EU, water, mixture of vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive pomace oil), extra virgin olive oil (1.6%), salt, dextrose.

Filling (41%): 

Water, white cheese (27%) (cow's milk, calcium chloride, microbial rennet, starter cultures, salt), mizithra whey cheese (25%) (sheep's and goat's milk,
whey, salt), wheat semolina, modified starch, corn semolina, feta cheese (1%) (sheep's and goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid culture, calcium chloride), salt, egg
white powder, black pepper.

Baking instructions
  • Preheat the oven at 185°C. 
  • Remove the products from the freezer and place them on a non-stick metal tray by leaving enough spaces between them. 
  • Defrosting is not required. 
  • Bake for 30±5 minutes. 
  • Adjust baking time and temperature as needed, depending on the type of oven and the quantity of the products you bake in it. 

Do not microwave the product. 

Once you defrost the product, you must not refreeze it.
